AIR The Virgin Suicides Radiant Experience

Slow, drifting textures. An afternoon torpor. The weight of things left unsaid.
At Alcôv’s invitation, Air presents exclusive orchestral arrangements of The Virgin Suicides, the landmark soundtrack composed 25 years ago. The album has travelled the world.
It takes on a whole new dimension as it moves from stereo to spatial sound, in a re-orchestration by the duo with American composer and conductor Roger Neill: each instrument now holds its own place in space.
The visuals are reimagined by Antoine Jorel and Pierre Claude, the duo behind the stage design for the “Air play Moon Safari” tour. A sensory experience like no other for this cult album, nicknamed at the time “The dark side of Moon Safari”.
A creation based on the original soundtrack by Air (Jean-Benoît Dunckel and Nicolas Godin). Orchestration by Roger Neill. Produced and originally conceived by Alcôv.

VIVALDI
In 1725, Vivaldi let us hear nature itself. Birds sing. A stream flows. A storm draws near. Ice cracks. 300 years later, Théotime Langlois de Swarte and Ensemble Le Consort reinterpret The Four Seasons for Alcôv.
